Freestyle Rap account deletion request

This page explains how to request deletion of your Freestyle Rap account and associated cloud data. Freestyle Rap is provided by Lyricspiration and Khonsu Development (the "Service Provider").

How to request account deletion

  1. Open Freestyle Rap on your device and note the Google account email shown in account settings (or the email you used to sign in with Google).
  2. Send an email to hello@khonsu.eu from that same Google account address. Use the subject line "Freestyle Rap account deletion request" and include the Google account email in the message body.
  3. The Service Provider verifies that you own the account, then deletes your Firebase account and linked cloud data described below.
  4. The Service Provider confirms by email when deletion is complete.

What will be deleted

When your request is processed, the Service Provider deletes cloud data tied to your Google-linked account:

  • Your Firebase Authentication profile linked to Google (for example, your email address and profile photo reference).
  • Synced favorite beats stored in Firebase.
  • Cloud purchase entitlements and related verification metadata stored in Firebase (for example, unlocked beat product IDs and purchase tokens used to enforce entitlements).

What is not deleted

The following data is not removed by an account deletion request, or is not controlled by the Service Provider:

  • Local app data on your device, including freestyle recordings, app settings, cached beat files, and offline purchase state. Delete recordings in the app or uninstall Freestyle Rap to remove local data.
  • Data held by Google Play (billing and purchase history), Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, and Google AdMob, retained according to their policies.
  • Purchase refunds: deleting your account does not refund past purchases. If you sign in again later with the same Google account, Google Play purchases may be restored when the app re-verifies them.

Processing time

Verified account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. The Service Provider may contact you if additional verification is needed.
